Ju Jak Attributes:Elegance, Prosperous Future, Chaos, Power South - the Red Bird, Summer, Fire, the Sum The Red Bird, also known as the fiery Phoenix, is a sacred bird and pet of the Goddess-Empress Nu Kwa. This deity guards the Direction of the South with it's sparkling embler flames which both attack and replenish it's vital force of life. Ju Jak is also the Guardian spirit of Mages, and praying to this god will bring about a prosperous future in the arcane arts. Being a fire elemental creature, it holds incredible powers over the Fire element and is regarded as the king of all birds. Ju jak is a pecular creature which replenishes it's strength by fire and uses it to attack. Being a fire elemental, it is a chaotic beast which would burn everything in sight if Nu Kwa merely asked it to. It is sometimes thought of as a vain and stupid creature for this reason. It is the Ju jak who first taught mortals how to cast the Mage spells "Hellfire" and Inferno"; these spells also draw apon it's fiery force. It is also both worshiped and envied by other birds for it's fiery splendor and chaotic power, in addition to being the favorite of the Goddess herself. | |
